Collaborative Innovation Park: Exhibition Lobby

An Immersive and Futuristic Space

The inspiration for this design came from abstract elements found in technology. The space integrates orderly and irregular styles, transforming them into natural and smooth lines. These changing lines offer a sense of time and future shuttle, evoking a pioneer feeling brought by technology.

What sets this design apart is its integration of various functions. The Collaborative Innovation Park is an industrial center that combines exhibition, investment promotion, sales, intelligence, technology, and innovation. To reflect the technological and futuristic sensations, Zheng designed and built an immersive, futuristic-intelligent manufacturing exhibition hall in a simple, practical, and scientific way.

The realization of this design is achieved through the use of space. By incorporating "blank" and "pause," the area becomes more abundant and full of imagination. The irregular sense of mass and pure color complement each other, outlining the order of architectural vision. The mild wood structure and abstract art furnishings add a hazy and elegant touch, reflected by the play of light and shadow. The harmonious combination of design and art makes the area extremely artistic.

The exhibition lobby spans an area of 1330 square meters, providing ample space for visitors to explore and engage with the exhibits. It is designed to create a comfortable and quiet space for negotiation and communication, fostering a conducive atmosphere for meaningful dialogue. The design also incorporates imaginative future life scenes, enhancing the overall experience and bringing a better life experience to visitors.

The Collaborative Innovation Park's exhibition lobby was completed in December 2020 in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. Throughout the design process, extensive research was conducted to ensure the highly aesthetic design technique was backed up by deliberate attention to complex nodes and details. This attention to detail allows the art to exist in a tangible way, creating a sense of hierarchy in the sparse and orderly layout. The result is a calm and rational space that delights the senses.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022. This award acknowledges the outstanding creativity and ingenuity of the design, which incorporates best practices in art, science, design, and technology. The Collaborative Innovation Park's exhibition lobby contributes to quality of life improvements, making the world a better place.
